PFX Capital ("PFX", "we") is a UK property finance brokerage. This policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website.

When you use Find Your Finance, the funding calculator or a contact form, we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number (if given), company, and information about the finance you are seeking such as amount, property value, purpose and timeframe.

To respond to your enquiry, assess whether and how we can help, and, with your agreement, approach lenders on your behalf. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating a brokerage business.

Lenders and their agents where you ask us to arrange finance; professional advisers such as valuers and solicitors involved in a transaction; and service providers who host our website and systems under contract. We do not sell personal information.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations, and are then deleted.
